Option 1
(Patient to Provider)
Form Submission : Patients are required to complete the urgent care form before proceeding. Once completed, they should click the "Submit" button to finalize the form.
Doctor Selection : After submission, patients can choose a doctor from the list of available healthcare providers.
Video Consultation : The selected doctor will be able to pick the patient from the queue and initiate the video consultation for the medical checkup.
Option 2
(Patient to MA to List of Providers to Providers)
Form Submission : To receive medical care, the patient must first complete the urgent care form and then click the "Submit" button.
Medical Assistant : The Medical Assistant will be notified of the patient's request and will assign the patient to an available doctor from the list.
Doctor List : A list of available doctors.
Doctor Notification : The assigned doctor will receive a notification that the Medical Assistant has assigned them a patient.
Video Consultation : The doctor can then select the patient from the queue to begin the video consultation.
Option 3
(Patient to Call Center, to waiting room to a provider)
Form Submission : To receive medical care, the patient must first complete the urgent care form and then click the "Submit" button.
Care Center Selection : The patient will choose a care center from the available list.
Patient Waiting : The patient will wait until a doctor from the selected care center accepts the request.
Video Consultation : Once accepted, the doctor can select the patient from the queue to begin the video consultation.
